Pre-Order Policies

Pre-Orders are an awesome way to get your items. You can pay a portion of the money for the purchase and then when the item is in stock we will send you a notice to pay the remaining balance. This lets you pay in installments, and if for some reason we cant provide your item you get a full refund. So your purchase is protected!

Its a win/win for everyone. It gives you the ability to pay for your purchase in installments and it helps us as small business to continue to get the inventory that you want to buy in our stores!

Policies for Pre-orders

• Deposit Required for all Pre-Order's
• No Refunds on Deposits for Pre-Orders.
• Once item has been paid in Full it can be returned. Please see the return Policy for Returns HERE!
• All Pre-Order Final Payments are required within 1 week of Notice.
• If you unable to pay the final Payment your deposit will not be refunded - However, we understand life happens. If you just need an extension of time please email us at catchthesemagickhands@gmail.com so we can work with you.
• We are selling these on other platforms, so your size may not be available if you wait to place your order.
• We may get another production at a later date if the item is out of stock
