Please read the Full Disclosure for Preloved Items. PreLoved Items will always state PreLoved or they are NEW! All Preloved items are NON- REFUNDABLE. So please pay attention to details and measurements.

PreLoved- Are wonderful, beautiful items that tell a story. They belonged to a previous owner and may have flaws. While we do our best to be thorough in descriptions it is possible we may miss something. So pay attention to Conditions before purchase.  ( Conditions vary- Please check conditions ) 

PreLoved Type:

NWT- New with tags- Merch is New, never been worn or used. (Will have tags and or Packaging)

NWOT- New without tags. New but tags are missing or have been removed. 

Vintage - Means item is either very old or Deadstock ( No longer being made or very hard to find) ( Conditions vary- Please check conditions )

Conditions:

I do not launder most items due to not wanting to effect the integrity of the item. Some items may have an odor due to age, this doesn't mean they stink. They may just be very old or some new items have factory smells. We advise laundering or dry-cleaning any item once received.( Cleaning depends on item please check care tag)  

We do our best to describe the item, but please let the pictures also be part of the description. Although we do a thorough check on items, we are human and there may be something we missed. It's best to pay attention to the Conditions. If something is in Fair condition there may be more flaws however it may still be a very nice or rare items and the price will reflect that. SHIPMENT SCHEDULE- I ship 2-3 business days. This doesn't include Holidays and we are not responsible for shipping time frames. Due to Covid 19 & weather conditions your item may be delayed and you will need to contact the shipping carrier.

Pre-Loved :

Excellent- Barely worn with no flaws

Very Good- Gently worn, colors might be slightly fading, loose button, sticky zipper,ie.. fixable flaw

Good- Gently worn with one or more fixable flaws, may need some tlc

Fair to poor- sold for parts usually- or in need of refurbishing, sewing, or fixing in nature. These are sold AS IS and are non-refundable. 

Vintage:

Pristine- like new!

Excellent- barely worn- may have a missing button, or slightly fading colors, ie...

Very Good- may have some fixable flaws, like needing a new zipper, buttons, seems needing repair, etc

Good- may have more than one flaw and need some TLC

Fair to poor- sold for parts. These are sold AS IS!!
